WVBIC Endorses Patricia Rucker

September 30, 2024 — Patricia Rucker’s campaign today announced that the West Virginia Business and Industry Council has endorsed Senator Rucker in her run for re-election.  

In an email released late last week, Bridget Lambert, WVBIC chair stated: 

“It is my pleasure to inform you that the West Virginia Business & Industry Council has endorsed your candidacy for Senate for the 2024 General Election. 

BIC is comprised of numerous West Virginia trade associations and businesses representing hundreds of thousands of employees statewide.

Our members know you share our goal of improving West Virginia’s business climate and growing our job base. We are encouraging the state’s business community to support your candidacy, and we hope voters will elect you to office in the November 5^th General Election.”

In her response, Senator Rucker stated: “I am so honored to be endorsed by this hugely important organization.  It represents businesses, both big and small, in the great state of West Virginia and does incredible work to make our state a better place in which to live and to do business.  Thriving businesses create jobs, provide goods and services and help raise our standard of living.  I am grateful that they have put their faith in me”.
